Pharvaris is committed to developing new oral treatments for bradykinin-mediated angioedema (AE-BK). Our pipeline is anchored by deucrictibant, the only orally administered bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist currently in clinical development, to our knowledge.

Indication
Deucrictibant immediate-release capsule rapidly reaches therapeutic exposure within 15-20 minutes,1 making it optimal for on-demand oral treatment of HAE attacks.
